Scheduled and appointment with Brandon for lawn service. Turned out we weren't a match since we cut our own property and their service packages always include mowing. But he did set us up with another lawn service that matched our needs and then stayed and spent time talking to us about our lawn care needs! Very nice and professional.

They came out listened to our needs and asked details. They gave us recommendations and within a short time we had an estimate which we loved and approved immediately. We were then emailed a contract, were able to electronically sign and send it back, and then set up a time for the job to be done. Brandon got the job done...and quickly! There were no “hidden fees” or “unexpected surprises”. He was even happy to provide us with some guidance for our next steps of our project and was happy to provide us with some referrals for others services we will need to complete our project. Muddy Paws is one of the BEST things that has happened for me. Brandon and his crew do an excellent job on my yard and my pasture. They are professional. They text me to confirm my appointment and then text me to let me know when they are going to arrive. Just last week, I was getting ready to have several people at my home for the holiday. Brandon came to my home on Thanksgiving Eve to finish my yard, stayed longer than he needled to just so my lawn would look great for my family and friends. Now that is what I call service.
