We recently had Muddy Paws come out and complete the start of a project we have been putting off for some time. Every experience I had with Brandon was positive. From reaching out to set up a time to come out for an estimate, to completion of the job! He was very accommodating, explained all the details of the job, and most of all professional. The entire process was fast, convenient, and easy. He came out to meet with us to see exactly what we wanted done and gave us a quote. My husband and I agreed to hire Muddy Paws for the job. We were then emailed a contract, were able to electronically sign and send it back, and then set up a time for the job to be done. Brandon got the job done...and quickly! There were no “hidden fees” or “unexpected surprises”. He was even happy to provide us with some guidance for our next steps of our project and was happy to provide us with some referrals for others services we will need to complete our project. They came out listened to our needs and asked details. They gave us recommendations and within a short time we had an estimate which we loved and approved immediately.
