We recently had Muddy Paws come out and complete the start of a project we have been putting off for some time. Every experience I had with Brandon was positive. From reaching out to set up a time to come out for an estimate, to completion of the job! He was very accommodating, explained all the details of the job, and most of all professional. The entire process was fast, convenient, and easy. He came out to meet with us to see exactly what we wanted done and gave us a quote. My husband and I agreed to hire Muddy Paws for the job. We were then emailed a contract, were able to electronically sign and send it back, and then set up a time for the job to be done. Brandon got the job done...and quickly! There were no “hidden fees” or “unexpected surprises”. He was even happy to provide us with some guidance for our next steps of our project and was happy to provide us with some referrals for others services we will need to complete our project. I would definitely recommend Muddy Paws, you will not be disappointed!

Not only did he change my time, he and his team came out and checked to make sure my yard all 25 acres was pristine for a big birthday party I was hosting. Muddy Paws is one of the BEST things that has happened for me. Brandon and his crew do an excellent job on my yard and my pasture. They are professional. They text me to confirm my appointment and then text me to let me know when they are going to arrive. Just last week, I was getting ready to have several people at my home for the holiday. Brandon came to my home on Thanksgiving Eve to finish my yard, stayed longer than he needled to just so my lawn would look great for my family and friends. Now that is what I call service. Outstanding work and customer service!

Muddy Paws is definitely the best company in the Columbia Metro area. We contacted them through their request form and immediately heard back. They scheduled an in person meeting and we're prompt. They came out listened to our needs and asked details. They gave us recommendations and within a short time we had an estimate which we loved and approved immediately. Muddy paws then placed us on the schedule for the services we wanted. We love the automated texts and communication from them. On dates of service they were on time prompt professional and worked diligently. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and if you're not calling them you're missing out. Muddy paws is definitely the best company hands down. We will be using them from here on out.

Scheduled and appointment with Brandon for lawn service. Turned out we weren't a match since we cut our own property and their service packages always include mowing. But he did set us up with another lawn service that matched our needs and then stayed and spent time talking to us about our lawn care needs! Very nice and professional.

Brandon and team was super professional really took the time out to figure out my lawn care needs. I never had to guess when he was arriving I always got notices when he was close or my appointment time was coming up. I definitely will be back.

Brandon did a quality job aerating about 6500 SQ ft for me for a fair price. I will book him again when I need more aerating.
